Apart from that he is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Semantics (NS) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Certified Practitioner of Hypnosis and Time-Lines, certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics ( North Carolina, USA) and a Certified Goal Success Coach ( Florida, USA). He is also a Certified Approved Trainer of Human Resource Department and Foundation, Malaysia, a Professional Degree in Administrative Management from the Institute of Administrative Management (UK), Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRDC, Malaysia), Certified Computer Repair Specialist and also Consultant in Online Marketing Solutions for businesses and individuals. Mr. Junid has 21 years of experience in the service industry i.e. 16 years in Malaysian Banks under various senior management roles and 5 years in multinational companies in UK. He was also a Consulting Partner in a local consultancy firm dealing in business financing application, management advisory and consulting in Penang. He used to head the Penang Research Centre in Socio-Economy, a research arm of Penang Malay Chamber of Commerce. Overall his experiences includes finance, banking, business consulting, UK postal services, UK Chain Stores, socio-economic research centre, business associations, building management and security services, internet marketing consultancy and customer online & offline solutions.
