Customer Service Revolution
If you are really not happy with the level of customer service in your society or country or your neighborhood, I invite you to join me to launch a SERVICE REVOLUTION that is designed to take the current service to the next level. Let’s get everyone to improve how they interact with each other in their service relationship.
You would have been really disappointed with the service you received some time ago or maybe just recently during your journey to convenient store or shopping mall or bill payment counter at bank or post office, during your holiday stay at the hotel, government office or any other places which provide some kind of service. You know what I mean.
There could have been 101 reasons that made you angry all due to poor customer service. Overall, you were treated badly.
Later, you went back home or office and shared your story with your friends, office colleagues or family members. Complaining all about your bad experiences. Lastly ended with you recommending them not visit that particular shop etc. cos YOU ARE NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE!!! I bet you would have heard similar stories before.
At the end, did it change anything! Not in the least.
If you really want the service landscape to change, we must join hands together or at least join me in this journey to drive a STRONG message out to the people dealing or delivering customer service or any type of service delivery to TRANSFORM themselves, their people, their processes, their environment or culture into being customer service excellence centric.
Whenever the issue of customer service is brought up, you will always get some sad or nightmare story of someone going through a bad experience.
I believe you also would go mad and angry after hearing those stories.
NOW! I HAVE ONLY ONE THING TO SAY “STOP THIS STINKING SERVICE…ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”
LISTEN HERE CAREFULLY ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS OR WHO WHOEVER THAT DOES PROVIDE SOME KIND OF SERVICE.
IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE, WE ARE DEFINITELY LEAVING YOU FOR GOOD AND GO ELSEWHERE…WHERE SOMEONE WOULD REALLY CARE FOR US. PERIOD.
Dear friend, how much longer are we going to wait to see some changes? Let’s stop talking about it and start taking some action.
